As highlight of the evening, we will be revealing the winners of both the PiNCAMP Awards 2025 in eight categories and the ANWB Campsite of the Year 2025 in two categories.
We would like to celebrate the future of Camping together with you. Therefore, the PiNCAMP Gala 2025 promises again to be an evening filled with entertainment, music, food and drinks – where you can catch up with each other, exchange old memories and maybe even make new ones.

- Registration only on invitation. You need an access code to secure your ticket.
- Seats are limited, so we will act on the first-come, first-served principle.
- Event entry ONLY with a valid ticket (e-ticket or printed ticket). This e-mail invitation as well as the «Registration confirmation» email do not entitle you to enter the event.
- Tickets are NOT send by Email. After your registration you will need to download your ticket from your personal Eventbrite-Account (App or Web).
- The invitation to the PiNCAMP Gala is personal and non-transferable.
- Registrations can only be accepted until January 10th, 2025. We do understand that plans may change. Therefore, we kindly ask you to cancel your attendance in case you are prevented for any reason. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the event may be subject to charges.
- Evening dress is required, you may follow our Ballroom theme as desired.

PiNCAMP Symposium 2025
In addition to the festive presentation of the PiNCAMP and ANWB Awards in the evening, we would also like to use this unique gathering again as a platform for professional exchange. We will therefore be holding the PiNCAMP Symposium again on the morning of 17 January to provide you with inspiration and perspectives on the most important topics of the new camping season. If you are interested, please plan to arrive on 16 January.
