Please read:
- Registration only on invitation. You need an access code to secure your ticket.
- Seats are limited, so we will act on the first-come, first-served principle.
- Event entry ONLY with a valid ticket (e-ticket or printed ticket). The e-mail invitation as well as the «Registration confirmation» email do not entitle you to enter the event.
- Tickets are NOT send by Email. After your registration you will need to download your ticket from your personal Eventbrite-Account (App or Web).
- The invitation to the PiNCAMP Gala is personal and non-transferable.
- Registrations can only be accepted until January 9th, 2026. We do understand that plans may change. Therefore, we kindly ask you to cancel your attendance in case you are prevented for any reason. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the event may be subject to charges.
- Evening dress is required, you may follow our Golden Twenties theme as desired.

We will be holding the PiNCAMP Symposium again on the morning of 16 January 2026 to provide you with inspiration and perspectives on the most important topics of the new camping season.
