Please open the questionnaire, fill it out with your current information, and submit your details to us. This ensures that ADAC, ANWB, and PiNCAMP camping media contain the most up-to-date information about your campsite.

The information you provide will be included in all PiNCAMP products. These include camping apps for all of Europe (ADAC, ANWB, and PiNCAMP), PiNCAMP’s online portals (PiNCAMP.de, anwbcamping.nl, PiNCAMP.ch, PiNCAMP.it, PiNCAMP.fr, PiNCAMP.com), and the printed camping guides from ADAC and ANWB.

Yes, please fill out the questionnaire anyway. Even if nothing has changed at your campsite, updating the information is necessary so we can carry your details over into the new year and keep them as updated as possible.

The ADAC and ANWB camping guides launch at the end of the year.

On the PiNCAMP online portals and on our camping app for all of Europe (ADAC, ANWB, and PiNCAMP), the updated data will be visible after just a few days. The new version of the ADAC Camping- und Stellplatzführer App is planned to launch in December 2025.

Easily upload your images via your personal link – quick and straightforward! You have already received the link via email and can also find it in the portal under the “Campsite Overview” section. For an optimal presentation, we recommend uploading at least 15 beautiful and representative images of your campsite. This service is completely free of charge. You can find the image guidelines on the homepage of the camping portal.

Good to know: Campsite profiles with images receive on average 9 times more page views than profiles without images!

Every summer, we send the questionnaire to all campsites in Europe. The information you provide through this form is stored in our database. If you already find information in your questionnaire, it comes from last year’s survey.

Your data is saved automatically. You will not be actively notified about this. You can simply close the browser window and log in again later. No entered data will be lost.

The questionnaire appears in the language set in your browser. If you wish to select a different language, you can find a language selection option in the menu on the left. After changing the language, you will be redirected to the homepage – simply navigate back to the desired section.

Incomplete or incorrect entries are marked with a red exclamation mark in the corresponding section.
Check the completeness or logical inconsistencies in your data based on the message. Once the data is corrected, the explanation and the red mark will disappear.

If the “Send to PiNCAMP for approval” button cannot be clicked, some sections still contain incorrect information or missing essential details. Please review your entries based on the red exclamation marks in the sections and correct them according to the provided instructions. Once corrected, the “Send to PiNCAMP for approval” button will become clickable.

After you send us the questionnaire, it is temporarily locked until we review and process your data in our system. The processing status will be displayed in the campsite overview.
Once we have processed the data, you will receive an email confirming the successful integration. You can then reopen the online questionnaire to make further changes.

Facilities and services that impact the ADAC and/or ANWB classification were recorded during the last inspection at your campsite and cannot be changed by you directly. If you wish to inform us about necessary data changes that you cannot make via the online form, please send the correct data by email to data@adac-camping.de or camping@anwb.nl, and we will review your change requests.

We publish prices for motorized camping in high and low seasons. Please do not send us prices for tent pitches or rental accommodations. If you do not yet know your prices for 2026, you can leave the fields blank and provide the prices later by reopening the form. Please note that information submitted after the communicated deadline will only be updated on our website and apps. In our print media, the prices from the previous season will be shown, if provided, with an explicit note to readers.
