Following the successful merger of the camping activities of the three major automobile clubs ANWB (Netherlands), ADAC (Germany) and TCS (Switzerland) into PiNCAMP GmbH, the PiNCAMP Awards will be presented for the first time at the PiNCAMP Gala in Stuttgart at the beginning of 2025.
Uwe Frers, CEO PiNCAMP, explains: ‘The previous ADAC Camping Awards and the ANWB Campsite of the Year Awards have been merged for this purpose. In 2025, the PiNCAMP Awards will thus become the most important award for the European camping industry, comparable in importance to the Oscars for the film industry.’ The PiNCAMP Awards will honor a total of six camping award winners and two camping personalities for outstanding achievements and services to the European camping industry.
The PiNCAMP Award categories for campsites are:
- Innovation and Progress
- Sustainability and environmental awareness
- Demographic change and accessibility
- Digitization
- Small campsite
- Rental accommodation
The PiNCAMP Award categories for people are:
- Young Talent
- Hall of Fame
Who should win the PiNCAMP Awards 2025?

What happens next?
Nominations can still be submitted via the link above until 1 September. A jury consisting of international experts from the camping industry will select and announce a shortlist from all nominations by the beginning of November. The winners of the PiNCAMP Awards 2025 will be announced at the PiNCAMP Gala on 17 January 2025 in Stuttgart.
